Alexander of Macedonia is born prince of a thriving empire but the people have little faith in his potential rule as he lags in preparing for his first battle. He seeks to improve his speed by taming a man-eating horse.
Alexander more than proves himself in his first battle but his tactics and the respect he earns makes his father King Philip wary of what this means for his reign.
