Hometown Food Contest brings together Huang Xiaoming as chief chef, Li Weijia and Shen Mengchen as culinary hosts, along with guest chefs from Hunan, Jiangsu, Sichuan-Chongqing and Guangdong. Together, they explore signature hometown dishes, select national champions, and showcase the flavors, culture, and traditions behind Chinese cuisine.
