Season 1

Toño is admitted to the psychiatric clinic and receives a visit from Jorge and Elvira; she is the only one who believes what he is telling her. Lola seeks out her mother at this crucial moment and receives her support. Catalina is looking for a job and asks Azucena for help, but Azucena receives a better offer, while Jorge asks her to take over the business.

Mauricio, disappointed at not finding Dany, stays temporarily at Lorenzo’s house. The two talk about what happened, and Lorenzo tells him what she thinks. Lola asks Jorge to be the donor so they can achieve their long-awaited pregnancy the traditional way; he tries to stay strong and avoid it. Elvira and Milagros discuss what to do to avoid being left with nothing, which will affect Azucena.

After the long wait, the DNA results come in and make Elvira nervous, so she lies to Milagros about it; but the results are unexpected for both of them. Lorenzo buys Mauricio a ticket, promising to make Dany happy. Mauricio asks Lola for help planning something special for the engagement party; Isa joins in so Dany won’t get suspicious. After a meeting, Toño decides to help Octavio.

Toño, keeping Octavio’s promise, mediates between his wives. Elvira suggests moving in with Azucena at Toño’s insistence. Jorge seeks out Lola to clear up the matter of her pregnancy. Toño looks for a priest to free himself from Octavio. Isabel and Lola begin preparing Dany’s surprise. Jorge and Catalina share a romantic moment, until Lola arrives, creating intense tension between them.

After a heartfelt conversation, Jorge and Lola end up in a romantic encounter in which they express their feelings for each other. Lorena goes to find Dany to propose a business partnership; at the end of the meeting, Lorena notices the couple’s plans for the future. Elvira and Milagros leave Toño’s house to go live with Azucena. Toño asks Milagros for advice about the situation with Luisa, which raises doubts.

Isa and Santiago are alone at the hotel, struggling with their desires as they follow María’s advice. Toño receives a call from Luisa, sees something that upsets him, and asks Octavio to spy on her; he doesn’t know how, but he manages to do it. Lola confides in Dany about her anxiety after discovering she might be pregnant. Mauricio returns from his trip and, on the way to the hotel with Jorge and Toño, confesses his doubts about marrying Dany.
