'The Ruling' is a short 25 minutes film touching the themes of perception and age. Three stories are told: It follows an aging judge, Galindez, throughout a court hearing that turns very personal; the story of the incident behind the hearing and its accused, and the remembrance of the long lost days, when Galindez was still a young aspiring law student.
The Ruling was directed by Héctor Valdez.
The Ruling runs for 24min, and was released in 2010.
